Who we are
Evera’s Strategic Board has overall responsibility for setting the goals of the LLP and delivering its objectives. Made up of Chief Executives and Directors from four housing associations, they are supported by a dedicated delivery team.
Michael joined Cross Keys Homes Ltd as the Executive Director of Finance in 2015 with overall responsibility for the finance function, development, treasury and statutory reporting, with current emphasis on growing the business and improving efficiency across the organisation. Michael brings a wealth of experience to Evera Homes having held previous roles that include Acting CEO and Director of Finance & Performance at Wellingborough Homes, and Head of Finance at Glasgow Housing Association.
Rob is the Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Longhurst Group and leads the Group’s Finance, Treasury and ICT teams including risk management and audit.
Elsewhere, Rob chairs the National Housing Federation Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) working party and in 2016 was appointed as a member of the Financial Reporting Councils’ Technical Advisory Group. Rob is also a member of Social Housing Pensions Scheme Employers Committee and is a Board member and Chair of Audit & Risk at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.
After attending university to train as a quantity surveyor, Ian began working in the housing sector in 1992. He joined Longhurst Group in 1995, and has led the delivery of our increasingly ambitious development programme for over 10 years, becoming an Executive Director in 2015.
Outside of work, Ian is Chair of Peterborough Regional College and is a non-executive director of Suffolk Housing Society, he also sits as chair of the professional advisory board for the school of architecture and the built environment at the University of Lincoln.
Ann has been a housing development practitioner for 35 years, having joined the then Housing Corporation in Leicester in 1983 and moving to the London Regional Office in 1987. Since then Ann has held a number of senior positions at a number of associations across London and both the East and West Midlands including Circle 33 Group, LHA, Friendship Housing, The Riverside Group and Midland Heart Ltd. Ann has led on and delivered large scale projects, both regeneration and new build, utilising a range of funding sources and providing accommodation for all tenures and client groups. Her expertise lies in negotiating major complex contracts and joint ventures, and in ensuring probity and compliance through this process.
Tony is an experienced contractor and developer previously holding Regional Director positions at RG Carter and Lovel Partnerships.
He was appointed to his current role of Managing Director of Flagship Homes (Development) in January 2016, leading the delivery of Flagship Group’s ambitious development programme which introduced homes for sale.
Tony became a member of Flagship Group’s Operations Board in October 2016.
He is a Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
David has been with Flagship Group for nine years. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for Finance, Treasury, Business Planning, Development, IT, Business Growth, Legal and Governance. He is also Chair of the Flagship Housing Development Board.
Prior to his time at Flagship, he spent almost 20 years working in a variety of Finance, IT and Change roles mainly within the Financial Services Industry.
David is a Board Member and Audit Committee Member for the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce.
Tom is an experienced and creative senior development director responsible for leading the Hyde's Group development teams across London and the south east of England. He is responsible for the development and execution of the group's five year development strategy to deliver at least 1,500 new homes each year. Tom works with a wide range of public and private sector partners in order to maximise Hyde’s capacity to invest in the supply of affordable homes for both rent and sale, including structuring projects as joint ventures and using new funding models.
Tom has a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Finance & Development and has over 10 years’ experience setting up and delivering major mixed-use development projects including through a variety of public private partnerships and joint ventures with development partners. One of the highlights being the negotiation of a joint venture agreement with Brighton & Hove City Council to provide in excess of 1,000 new homes through an innovative new partnership.
As Head of Property Analytics for the Hyde Group, Stephen holds a wide range of financial, risk management, investment and asset management related responsibilities directed in support of Hyde’s ambitions to further increase delivery of affordable homes on a financially sustainable basis and continually improve landlord services for tenants.
He has more than 16 years of multi-sector experience in institutional real estate investment management, asset management, development, debt and equity capital raising gained through successfully supporting the realisation of major institutional real estate investors’ strategic ambitions in the UK and across Europe.
Stephen holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of The Association of Corporate Treasurers.
